Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Cancellations or changes can be made without penalty up to 2 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellations made 1 day before the scheduled check-in date, or no-shows, will incur a penalty of 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellations, changes, or no-shows on the scheduled check-in date will incur a penalty of 100% of the total amount.
